해당하는 버전에 들어가서 webwolf.jar 파일 다운로드 합니다.
저는 C:\WebGoat 폴더에 옮겼습니다.
.jar 파일이 위치하는 곳으로 이동한 후
java -jar webwolf-8.1.0.jar 파일 실행시켜줍니다.
